“This property was so messy, dog hairs are there, property manager and the honour of the building was so rude to me, he don’t know how to talk to customers because I go there on 4th march. I told him to change the bedsheets and there was broken glass under the bed. My two year old son hold that and I had a pictures I show it to property manager. “We received a “complimentary upgrade” to the hospitality suite. They checked us in and gave us the keys but the room was not ready. We had to go back in 10 minutes. The room was huge but there was no bathtub and it had 2 double beds rather than the king I booked. When I went to have a shower the bath mat was damp. I called the front desk but it was going to take too long to get it replaced so I told them not to bother. 10 minutes later a knock came at the door while I was in the shower. The beds...
